Cut the milk to extract the cream and discard the solids
Remove the seeds and blend in a liquidizer
Combine in a pot with the grated coconut, sugar, and cheese
Heat over medium heat, stirring until it thickens
Add the sweet herb and cinnamon sticks
Let it cook and remove from heat.
