1 cup of softened butter (or margarine)
1/3 cup of confectioner's sugar
2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
1/2 cup of cornflake crumbs (crushed in a blender)
1 cup of chopped cashew nuts, caju or chestnuts
1 cup of softened butter (or margarine)
1/3 cup of confectioner's sugar
2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
1/2 cup of cornflake crumbs (crushed in a blender)
1 cup of chopped cashew nuts, caju or chestnuts
Mix the butter, confectioner's sugar, and vanilla extract; add the cornflake crumbs and nuts to the butter mixture; mix well
Shape into small balls; place on greased baking sheet
Bake in a moderate oven for about 25 minutes
Dust immediately with confectioner's sugar
Yields approximately 4 dozen cakes.
