Process the peanuts in a blender and set aside
In a saucepan, bring the peanut flour and water to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to low and let it thicken to a paste
Remove from heat and let cool
Add the egg yolks, peanuts, and wheat flour and mix well
Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them into the mixture

Grease the baking dish, place the dough inside, and bake for 35 minutes
Remove from oven and let cool before cutting
Dust the cut pieces with confectioner's sugar.
