1 package of tortillas
1 cup of grated cheese
For the filling
1/2 pound ground beef
1 finely chopped garlic clove
2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon cognac
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
400 grams cooked beans
For the tomato sauce
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 finely chopped garlic clove
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cans of crushed tomatoes
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 bouillon cube
1 cup boiling water
to taste
1 pinch ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt

Prepare the beef filling
In a medium pan, cook the beef with 1 garlic clove, 2 teaspoons salt, 1 tablespoon vinegar, cognac, and sweet paprika until browned
Add cooked beans with some of the broth
For the tomato sauce, sauté the onion and garlic until softened
Remove from heat
Combine flour and stir well
Add crushed tomatoes, vinegar, bouillon cube dissolved in boiling water, and stir
Allow to simmer, stirring constantly
Add remaining ingredients and cook for 5 minutes
Prepare tortillas, place a portion of the filling in the center, roll up, and arrange in a refractory dish
Cover with tomato sauce
Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 15 minutes
