2 3/4 cups of wheat in bulk (500g), left to soak overnight
1/4 cup of olive oil
4 cloves of garlic, minced
800g of ground meat
1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon of grated lime rind
600g of peeled and cubed abobora (a type of squash), 1.5cm cubes
1 1/2 cups of water
1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder
Salt and black pepper to taste

Cook the wheat in plenty of water until it becomes soft
Drain and reserve
In a pan with olive oil, add garlic and meat, season and cook over high heat until the meat starts to dry
When almost all liquid has evaporated, add parsley and lime rind
Add abobora and water, cover and cook until it becomes soft
Season with salt and cinnamon
Arrange the wheat in a dish, season with salt and drizzle with olive oil
Mix and place the meat and abobora mixture in the center
Serve hot
