1 cup of seedless grapes
250g cooked cured ham, cubed
4 tablespoons of strawberry jelly

Cut the blood oranges or grapefruits in half
Remove the pulp from the fruits
Slice the melon with a cookie cutter
Mix the fruit pulp (blood orange or grapefruit), pawpaw cubes, melon, and cooked cured ham in a bowl
If desired, fill the fruit halves with the salad and top each half with 1 tablespoon of jelly
Serve 4 ways.
