Sprinkle salt, pepper, and 1/4 cup of lemon juice over 4 veal scallops, cut into cubes
Aquaint the olive oil
Dust the veal with flour and cook for 1-2 minutes per side
Remove the meat and place it in a pan with 1 sliced lemon, 1 cup of white dry wine, and 1/2 cup of chicken broth
Let it simmer, return the veal to the pan, cover it with the sauce, and reheat
Add capers and serve.
