Soak the wheat in 1.5 liters of water for 2 hours or until softened
Cook the wheat in the same water, adding a bouquet garni (a small cloth bag filled with sweet herbs and spices) containing sweet herb and baking spice
After cooking, drain the water and reserve
Add cooked wheat and almond meal, and if needed, some of the reserved water to adjust the consistency of the crumble
Let it cool
Cover with black and white raisins, almonds, pistachios, walnuts, and candied orange peel.
