Fry 2.5 liters of water and 1/2 tablespoon of salt in a large pot until boiling
Add the spaghetti noodles and cook with the lid on until al dente (about 5 minutes)
Prepare the sauce: blend all ingredients in a blender - reserve 1/2 tablespoon of pine nuts for sprinkling - until smooth (about 5 minutes)
Set aside
Reserve 1/4 cup of the cooking water to add to the sauce if it becomes too thick and drain the spaghetti noodles
Return the noodles to the pot, add the sauce, and mix well
Add the pine nuts, transfer to a serving dish, and serve immediately
