Cook half a kilogram of spaghetti in water and salt
Five minutes before taking it off the heat, melt 100g of butter or margarine and mix in one cupful with a few sprinkles of ricotta piccadiagna
Leave it on for 4 to 5 minutes
Drain the spaghetti, mix it with ricotta, and serve with grated Parmesan cheese...Italian-style
