Wash the potatoes and cut them into cubes without peeling
Soak in the lemon mixture for 1 hour
Drain
Grate the salt blocks and cut into squares
On skewers, place pieces of salt, cheese cubes, and potato chunks
Serve the skewers in large potato mounds.
