1/2 kg of mignon beef
Salt to taste

2 tablespoons butter
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon mushroom
1 tablespoon English seasoning
1 tablespoon mustard
3 tablespoons ketchup
1/2 tablet beef stock
1/2 cup hot water
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup cognac
1/2 can heavy cream
Chopped fresh parsley to taste

Cut the meat into strips about 1 cm wide and 7 cm long
Season with salt, mix in flour and paprika
Let it rest for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally to coat the meat evenly
In a pan, melt butter and sauté the beef
Add onion and mushroom and let brown
Add English seasoning, mustard, ketchup, and let cook for three minutes
Add dissolved beef stock, mushrooms, and let simmer for five more minutes
Add cognac, cover the pan, and let simmer on low heat for 15 minutes
Turn off the heat, mix in heavy cream, sprinkle with parsley, and serve.
