4 tablespoons of butter or margarine
1 cup of sour cream or yogurt
salt and black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley

Cut the meat into 5 x 1/2 cm strips
Wash and dry the mushrooms
Slice them thinly
Melt the butter or margarine in a large frying pan
Fry the beef until it changes color, stirring occasionally
Remove from heat with a spatula and keep warm on a platter
Add the mushrooms to the frying pan
Stir and cook for 2 minutes
Place over the beef
In the same frying pan, melt the sour cream or yogurt seasoned with salt and black pepper, stirring constantly
Combine with parsley and place the sauce over the beef and mushrooms
Serves 4
