Prepare the pasta: mix eggs and flour, kneading well to obtain a smooth and firm mixture
Roll out the pasta using a rolling pin or pasta machine
Cut into 10 cm squares and cook in boiling salted water
Prepare the sauce: blend basil, garlic, and milk in a blender
Add heavy cream, salt, black pepper, and blend until creamy
Add grated Parmesan cheese
Remove cooked pasta squares one by one with a slotted spoon
Arrange on a platter, alternating layers of pasta and sauce
Bake at 4 to 6 portions.
