1 kg of black beans
6 cloves of garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
200 g of dried shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 cup of dendë oil
1/2 cup of oil
Salt to taste

Soak the black beans in cold water for 24 hours before cooking
Drain the black beans and place them in a pot
Cover with water and simmer over low heat until the beans are tender but still firm
Remove from heat and reserve
Heat the dendë oil with half of the regular oil and sautà the onion for 1 minute, then add the garlic
Stir in the shrimp and reduce heat to cook the ingredients until golden brown
Add the black beans to the pot and stir in the remaining oil
Season with salt and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes
Remove from heat and sprinkle with parsley to taste.
