6 1/2 teaspoons of butter
1 teaspoon of ground coriander
1 chopped onion
3 1/2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
3 1/2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
500ml of milk
Salt and pepper to taste
200g of mozzarella cheese, grated
100g of Parmesan cheese, grated
500g of green beans

Cook the green beans in water, salt, half a teaspoon of butter, and ground coriander
After cooking, drain and reserve
In a saucepan, melt the remaining butter, add the chopped onion and chopped parsley, and sauté
On low heat, add the flour and mix well
Gradually add the hot milk, stirring well to prevent lumps
Let it cook until creamy, season with salt and pepper
Add the mozzarella cheese and 100g of Parmesan cheese
In individual ramekins, place a layer of cream, a layer of green beans, and finally another layer of cream
Dust with the remaining grated Parmesan cheese and bake at 200°C until golden brown
Serve immediately.
