In a skillet, heat the olive oil and add the pimientos, salsa or oregano, and onion
Cook until the onion is soft
Fry at medium-high heat until the onion is caramelized
Add seasonings and sauce
Simmer for 5 minutes, or until the pimientos are still slightly crunchy
