6 chicken breast fillets
1/4 cup all-purpose flour seasoned with 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
For the cheese sauce
2 slices of bread form removed from casing
1 cup shredded cheese, cut into small squares
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
6 chicken breast fillets

Dredge the chicken breast fillets in flour
Place them in a baking dish coated with melted butter or margarine, and surround each piece with additional butter or margarine
Bake at moderate heat for 25 minutes, basting occasionally to keep the chicken moist
While the chicken is baking, prepare the sauce: place the bread, cheese, and black pepper in a blender
Add milk with melted butter and salt to the blender and blend well
Arrange the chicken breasts on a serving dish and cover with the sauce
