8 fish fillets
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 tablespoons pickled capers
1 clove garlic, minced
1 onion sliced
1/3 cup white wine
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
1 hard-boiled egg, diced
chopped green pepper for garnish (optional)
8 fish fillets

In a saucepan, combine capers, onion, parsley, garlic, white wine, and lime juice
Bring to a simmer
Leave to boil for a few minutes
Place the mixture in a blender with mayonnaise and hard-boiled egg
Blend well
Wrap fish fillets and secure with toothpicks
Place the rolls in a greased baking dish
Bake in preheated oven at 375°F for 15 minutes
Remove from oven and pour the sauce over the rolls
Return to oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes
You can also simplify the presentation of the fish fillets, placing them side by side in the baking dish.
