1/4 cup of whiskey
3/4 cup of Gorgonzola cheese (125 g)
1/4 cup of chopped parsley
Salt and black pepper to taste

Dredge the steaks in wheat flour, shaking off excess
In a skillet, melt butter and olive oil over medium-high heat
Fry the steaks until they're cooked through on both sides
Add whiskey to the steaks and let it evaporate under high heat
Season with salt and pepper
Reduce heat and add cheese in small pieces
Cover the skillet and cook for 2 minutes, or until the cheese melts
Remove cover and flip the steaks into the sauce
Stir in parsley and serve hot
Garnish with cooked carrots
