Directions

Preheat the oven to a hot temperature (250º)

Mix the soup (unprepared) with the butter to obtain a paste

Add the grated carrots and mix

Cover the beef fillet with this paste and place on a piece of aluminum foil

Seal well

Heat a baking dish for 2 minutes

Place the package of aluminum foil in the heated baking dish and bake for about 35 minutes
