Preheat the oven to a hot temperature (250°C)

Mix the soup (without preparing) with the butter to obtain a paste

Add the grated carrots and mix

Cover the beef mignon with this paste and place it on a sheet of aluminum foil

Heat a baking dish for 2 minutes
