1 Preheat the oven to 220°C
Unroll the dough onto a smooth surface and dust with flour
Cut rectangular shapes of 8x6cm
2 Use a knife to draw diagonal lines forming diamonds
Place in a baking dish lined with parchment paper and reserve
3 Mix the egg with milk and brush the dough
Cover with a layer of sugar and bake until golden
4 In a small saucepan, combine the rose jelly, water, and bring to a boil for 2 minutes
5 Open the pastry rectangles in half
Cover with the rose jelly and distribute the fruits
Serve immediately.
