1 1/4 cup cooked and chopped spinach
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 tablespoons prepared horseradish (comes in jars)
1 lightly beaten egg
1/2 cup skim milk
1 1/4 cup cooked and chopped spinach

Combine all ingredients and place into a mold or individual molds
Bake in a moderate oven, in a water bath, for 1 hour or until, inserting a knife in the middle, it comes out clean
Unmold and serve.
