1/2 cup defumado chicken
4 thin slices of pineapple
1/2 cup plain natural yogurt
4 tablespoons mustard
1 tablespoon chopped salsa
1/2 cup defumado chicken

Remove the skin, debone and shred the chicken
Arrange it in a baking dish
Place the pineapple on top of the meat
Mix the yogurt with the mustard and salsa
Spread it over the fruit
Bake for 15 minutes.
