1 chicken breast weighing around 1 kg
3 tablespoons of butter or margarine
2 tablespoons of fresh strawberry jam, minced
1 small onion finely chopped
1/2 cup of dry white wine
salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour

Dredge the chicken pieces with 1 tablespoon of strawberry jam mixed into the butter
Remove from the pan and reserve
In the same pan, sauté the onion until it's soft
Add the wine, salt, and pepper
Return the chicken pieces to the pan
Cover and cook slowly for 20 minutes or until the chicken is almost tender
Mix together the flour and milk
Stir well to dissolve the flour
Raise the heat off the chicken pan
Add the remaining strawberry jam mixed with milk, stirring well
Reduce the heat
Cover and cook for an additional 10 minutes
Serve over rice.
