Wash the chicken pieces well and remove any skin, if desired
Melt the butter or margarine and add the remaining ingredients
Dip the chicken pieces in this mixture and arrange them in a refrigerator-safe form
Pour off any excess liquid that remains on top
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for about 40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through
