2 chicken breasts cut into pieces
2/3 cup of olive oil
8 long strips of salted salmon
4 chopped onions
2 tablespoons (chopped) of dried thyme
12 sprigs of parsley
1 cup of dry white wine
1 pinch of nutmeg
Salt and black pepper to taste
40 garlic cloves, with skin

Brush the chicken pieces with olive oil
Mix the salted salmon, onions, and thyme
Place at the bottom of a baking dish or ceramic pot with lid
Add the parsley on top and then the chicken
Pour over the white wine
Season with nutmeg, salt, and black pepper
Place garlic cloves between the chicken pieces
Cover with aluminum foil and then the lid
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 1 hour and a half
Serve still hot
Serves 12 portions
Note: Serve with slices of Italian bread, so each person can squeeze garlic over their bread.
