Blend together the fruit juices, parsley, and mandarin essential oil in a liquidizer
Arrange the chicken pieces on a medium-sized baking dish
Season with salt and black pepper
Pour the juice-parsley mixture over the top
Distribute small pieces of butter or olive oil and bake in medium heat until cooked through
