1/4 cup of butter
1 chopped onion
800g of boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into cubes
To taste salt
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon paprika (or terra alga)
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup pecan halves
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
4 ripe mangos, peeled and cubed

Step 1: Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat
Add the onion and chicken
Cook for 5 minutes or until browned
Season with salt and add the flour and paprika
Stir well
Step 2: Mix well for 1 minute, making sure all the chicken cubes are coated with the mixture
Add the chicken broth and stir well
Add the pecans and ginger
Stir to combine
Step 3: Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes or until the chicken is tender
Add the chopped cilantro and mango cubes
Simmer for 2 minutes
Serving.
