Aquatic the olive oil and butter or margarine in a frying pan
Brown the chicken pieces and set aside
Sauté the onion in the olive oil and butter until lightly browned, then add honey, chicken broth, lemon juice, soy sauce, and ginger
Bring to a simmer and reduce heat
Add the chicken pieces, cover, and cook for an additional 45 minutes, or until the chicken is tender
Serve with the sauce
