1 Preheat the oven to 200°C
Season the chicken with lemon and salt
Wrap each piece with two slices of bacon
Place in a baking dish, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes
Remove the foil and let it brown
2 In a skillet heat the olive oil, sauté the garlic and add the tomato
Season with salt, simmer for ten minutes, stir in tomato paste, hot pepper sauce, and mix well
