2 packages of cheese biscuits (aperitif type) or common crackers passed through a blender - 100g each package

2 kg of chicken breast pieces without skin

2 kg of chicken breast pieces without skin
Place the crushed biscuits with salt and pepper in a shallow dish
Drain the olive oil into another dish
Coat the chicken breast pieces first with olive oil and then with the biscuit mixture, making sure they are well covered
Place them in a large ungreased baking dish in a single layer
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for 1 hour or until cooked through and golden brown
Serve with ketchup if desired
