Butter (for greasing)
1 small green pepper, finely chopped (60 g)
1 medium red pepper, finely chopped (100 g)
1 small onion, finely chopped (50 g)
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 cup fresh or frozen peas (125 g)
5 lightly beaten eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
1/3 cup milk (80 ml)

Grease a 25 cm diameter baking dish with butter. Reserve
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together
Pour into the prepared baking dish
Place in the microwave on high for 5 minutes, stir and bake for an additional 6 minutes or until firm
Serve immediately
