Butter (for greasing)

1 medium red pepper, chopped (100 g)

Grease a 25 cm diameter baking dish with butter. Reserve
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients
Pour into the prepared baking dish
Microwave on high for 5 minutes, stir and bake for another 6 minutes or until firm
Serve immediately
