3/4 cup all-purpose flour

1 pinch of salt
1 egg lightly beaten
3/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon melted butter
8 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and cut into strips or rings
Frying oil
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Mix flour, vegetable oil, and salt in a bowl
Add the egg, milk, and melted butter
Whisk until smooth
Let it rest for about 20 minutes
Dip potato strips or rings into the batter and fry in hot oil, turning occasionally until golden brown
Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels
Dust with grated Parmesan cheese and ground cinnamon
Serve warm
