A spoonful of your desire
Take thin skewers, about 10 centimeters long
On each skewer, place three or four grapes, a slice of orange or pear, and so on
Once you've finished preparing the skewers, make the caramel with sugar and just a little water
When it has reached a beautiful golden color and is quite sticky, remove the skewers
Remove them and let them dry by resting their two ends on the edge of a dish or strainer
If there are any excess caramel strings, cut them off with scissors before the caramel is completely cold
Once the fruits are well chilled, remove them from the skewers and place them in a serving dish
You can also caramelize whole fruits: bananas, apples, pears, and slices of pineapple
And you can also use vegetable coloring
For example, red for apples, which are quite well-known under the name of love apples
In general, a small stick (similar to those used in popsicles) is provided so that people can eat whole caramelize fruits.
