1/2 liter of chicken broth

1 cup of chopped salted sausage

2 tablespoons of chopped parsley

1/2 liter of chicken broth

1 1/2 cups of cooked chicken, diced

Dissolve the gelatin in a little warm broth
Add the remaining broth
As it starts to thicken, add the remaining ingredients
Pour the mixture into a wet mold with cold water or 6 individual molds
When firm, unmold onto lettuce leaves
Serve in six portions.
