2 packages (85g each) of lime-flavored gelatin
2 cups boiling water
1 3/4 cups cold water
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups coarsely grated red cabbage
1/2 cup diced red ham, unpeeled and cubed
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup chopped red pepper
2 packages (85g each) of lime-flavored gelatin

1/4 cup chopped red pepper
Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water
Combine cold water, vinegar, sweet paprika, and salt
Refrigerate until slightly set
Add the grated cabbage, diced ham, green pepper, and parsley
Pour into a 6-cup mold lightly oiled with oil
Refrigerate until firm
If desired, divide into 6 individual molds
Serve chilled for 8-10 hours.
