'1 tablespoon (2 envelopes) of unsweetened gelatin'
'1/4 cup of cold water'
'1 cup of hot water'
'2 1/4 cups of chopped carrots'
'1/2 teaspoon of salt'
'1/4 cup of vinegar'
'1 tablespoon of lemon juice'
'1 cup of finely chopped endive'
'1 cup of finely chopped celery'
'2 tablespoons of chopped bell peppers'

Soak the gelatin in cold water
Dissolve in hot water
Add carrots and salt
Mix until dissolved
Mix well to combine
Add vinegar, lemon juice, and endive salad
Let it cool
When the mixture starts to set, add the remaining ingredients
Pour into a mold; chill until firm
Remove from mold over lettuce leaves.
