Wash the puffed chicken, season with salt and black pepper to taste, and let it sit for an hour to absorb the flavors
In a pressure cooker pan, place the garlic cloves with skin, hot peppers, and large potatoes peeled
Cover with oil
Secure the lid of the pan and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes or until the puffed chicken is golden brown
Remove from heat, release the pressure, and serve.
