    After cleaning, season the chicken with salt, garlic, parsley, black pepper, 2 tablespoons of vinegar and a bottle of beer. Let it marinate for at least 12 hours. Once done, place everything in a pot over low heat, with 1 cup full of fat. Simmer and let it cook until cooked through. When cooked, thicken the sauce with 1 tablespoon of wheat flour. If the sauce becomes too thick, you can add an extra cup of water."
