750 g of ripe tomatoes, seeded
1 large onion
1 cucumber, seeded
1 small green bell pepper
2 cloves of garlic
'to taste' salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon paprika
3/4 cup breadcrumbs of white bread
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup cold water
ice cubes

2 cloves of garlic

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon paprika
3/4 cup breadcrumbs of white bread
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup cold water
ice cubes
Chop the tomatoes, onion, cucumber, and bell pepper into small pieces
Mash the garlic with salt to obtain a paste
Add the cumin and paprika
Add the breadcrumbs, olive oil slowly as if making mayonnaise
Add the vinegar little by little, then the water
Add the legumes and mix well
Refrigerate for several hours
Place 2 or 3 ice cubes in each soup bowl
Serve 6 to 8 portions.
