Mix the onion, garlic, green pepper, tomato, salt, oregano, paprika, and parsley in a large bowl
Add the olive oil, lemon juice, and tomato puree
Refrigerate for 2 hours
Before serving, add the cucumber and white wine
Serve chilled.
