9 flavorless gelatin envelopes (108 g)
4 1/3 cups of sugar
7 cups of cold water
2 1/3 cups of orange juice concentrate
1/2 cup of lemon juice concentrate
1/4 cup of white vermouth, vodka or orange liqueur
1-2 oranges, peeled and cut into gomos without the white membrane

2 1/3 cups of orange juice concentrate
1/2 cup of lemon juice concentrate
1/4 cup of white vermouth, vodka or orange liqueur

Place the gelatin, sugar, and water in a saucepan
Heat over low heat, stirring until the sugar and gelatin have dissolved
Remove from heat and let cool
Mix in the orange and lemon juice concentrates with the gelatin mixture and cold water
Lightly grease two forms: 1 form measuring 23 cm in diameter x 6 cm in height with a decorative border without a hole in the center, and 1 form measuring 16 cm in diameter x 11 cm in height with a hole in the center
Place the gelatin mixture into both forms and refrigerate until firm enough to unmold
Unmold the gelatin from the smaller form onto the larger one and garnish with orange gomos
Serve chilled.
