2 egg yolks, washed and drained

Wash the oranges, remove the peels thinly
Squeeze the oranges
Combine the peels, juice, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, and gelatin in a pot with 3/4 liter of cold water
Stir over low heat until the sugar and gelatin have dissolved
Remove from heat
Beat egg whites lightly
Add them to the pot with the mixture, along with broken egg yolks
Bring back to a boil, stirring constantly, until it reaches boiling point
Remove the pot from heat and let the gelatin simmer vigorously for 5 minutes
Repeat the process two more times
Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes
Let the gelatin drain on a cloth without squeezing it
Place 2/3 of the gelatin in a decorative mold
Leave the remaining gelatin in a common mold
Let it set, then remove it from the mold and place it on a tray lined with moistened parchment paper
Finely chop with a wet knife
Shape the decorated gelatin into a dish, arranging the chopped gelatin around it
Garnish with orange slices, serves 6 people
