3 cups of Port Wine
1/4 cup of lemon juice
1/2 cup of orange juice
1/2 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of black grape jelly
1/2 cup of sweet sherry or Madeira wine
4 tablespoons of unsweetened gelatin
3 cups of Port Wine

Combine all these ingredients in a saucepan
Heat, stirring until everything is dissolved
Pour into a decorative mold lightly greased with oil and refrigerate until firm
Unmold just before serving
