In a large bowl, mix the condensed milk and heavy cream
Add the coconut milk gradually, stirring constantly
Set aside
In a refrigerator-safe bowl, sprinkle water over the gelatins and let it hydrate for 5 minutes
Heat it over high heat in a water bath and stir until dissolved completely
Add the dissolved gelatin to the reserved coconut milk mixture and mix well
