Place the damascos in a glass container and cover them with water
Let it soak for one day to another
Transfer the damascos and water to a saucepan and cook over high heat until it starts to boil
Lower the flame and let the fruits break down
Add sugar, lemon juice, and stir
Boil at high heat for 30 minutes or until thickened, stirring and removing any foam that forms
Once cooled, store the pudding in sterilized glass containers
Serve warm or at room temperature.
