1 1/2 kg of guava
2 tablespoons of lime juice
1 1/2 cups of sugar
1 1/2 kg of guava

Peel the guavas and cut them in half
Remove the seeds and strain through a sieve
Reserve the pulp
Use the peeled guavas for the guava syrup (see recipe)
Place the pulp in a pot, add lime juice and sugar, and stir constantly until it reaches the desired consistency
Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let cool slightly
Let it chill and serve 6-8 people
